NeckTite is a minimally invasive, in-clinic procedure performed under local anesthesia. Designed to contour the neck, it combines targeted fat reduction with advanced skin tightening. Unlike traditional neck liposuction alone, NeckTite pairs liposuction with controlled radiofrequency energy to shrink residual fat and stimulate collagen remodeling, resulting in a smoother, firmer, and more defined neckline for the right candidates.

We typically combine the NeckTite procedure with mini-liposuction beforehand and Morpheus8 afterward to maximize fat reduction in the double chin area. This comprehensive approach not only enhances contouring but also optimizes the skin-tightening effect, resulting in a smooth, uniform appearance. To further support recovery, a CO₂ mask (also known as a hyperbaric oxygen mask) is applied at the end of the treatment to oxygenate the skin and significantly reduce redness. Finally, a compressive tape dressing is placed to support the treated area during the healing process

What to Expect

Before Treatment

A thorough pre-assessment includes 3D facial analysis to evaluate facial proportions, along with ultrasound imaging to assess both the deep and superficial fat compartments of the neck. Skin elasticity and overall skin condition are also carefully examined to determine the most suitable candidates for this procedure.

During Treatment

Local anesthesia is administered to the treatment area, followed by a 15-minute wait to ensure full effect. The procedure begins with a 1mm hidden entry point under the chin, through which a fine cannula is used for mini-liposuction. Next, the NeckTite probe is inserted beneath the skin to heat and liquefy fat, tighten connective tissue, and stimulate skin contraction. This is followed by Morpheus8 treatment at both deep and superficial levels to enhance fat remodeling and further tighten the skin. A CO₂ gel mask is then applied, which hardens over 40 minutes to deliver deep tissue oxygenation, supporting optimal healing. Finally, a compressive dressing is applied and worn for three days.

Aftercare & Recovery

Thanks to our customized patient preparation protocols, minimal to no bruising is expected after the procedure. Compressive tapes are applied after the procedure and left for 3 days until your 1st follow-up session

Results & Maintenance

Mild swelling typically resolves within the first week. Visible results begin to emerge within 3 to 4 weeks and continue to improve over the following 6 months. Results are expected to last at least 3 to 5 years, with even greater longevity in well-selected candidates. Maintenance treatments using other radiofrequency-based devices may be recommended, depending on the initial condition of the skin.
